What a great turnout tonight! 17 of our Mustangs coaches/managers/parents and I spent the night completing the MiniRoos certificate, delivered by Kevin Alexander Guardado Amaya who is the Community Football Manager at Macarthur.
Every time I do this course I learn something new that I can apply to my coaching, be it getting those 100+ touches on the ball in every training session, or new ideas to engage kids in football.
I’m proud that we have so many volunteers wanting to improve their coaching abilities, so that our junior Mustangs players have a fun and engaging experience.
A shout out to Alexander Vega, Brodie Marlin, Kim Hahn, Kris, John, Matt, Stephen, Dane Yabsley, Daniel, Samantha Arjaans, Mark Arjaans, Melissa Hall, Nathan Wood, Marcelle, Mauricio, Melissa M, and Christian for investing this time in your coaching development!
If you missed this session, additional courses are hosted by other clubs throughout the year. Check out the MFA Course Calendar - [macarthurfootball.com.au/course-calendar/](macarthurfootball.com.au/course-calendar/)
Coaches, be careful of those rainbow shots on goal! 🤣
