Season 2019 Winter Comp Registration Process

In season 2019 FFA has announced the use of a new online self registration portal to assist clubs with their registration requirements. To enable participants to utilise this online portal, all participants will require the creation of a Football Account. This Football account becomes your gateway to connect with the Mt Annan Mustangs football club.

Online Self Registration Portal will be live for all participants from the 7th January 2019.

The Mustangs club is also aware that not all participants may wish to utilise the online portal and would prefer to attend one of our many meet and greet registration sessions to be held at our Birriwa Reserve Clubhouse throughout the months of January and February. These sessions will allow you to meet some of the committee, who can answer any questions you may have, or will allow you to try on and purchase any merchandise you may require for the upcoming season. It is also recommended that any families with 3 or more players wishing to register attend these sessions, so that all applicable discounts can be applied.

January Dates/Times – Wed 23rd (6.30pm-8.00pm) Wed 30th (6.30pm-8.00pm)

February Dates/Times – Sat 2nd (9am-12.00pm) Wed 6th (6.30pm-8.00pm) Sat 9th (9.00am-12.00pm)

Irrespective if you use the Self Registration Portal or the Clubhouse Registration Sessions you may need some, if not all of the following 3rd party documentation prior to beginning the main registration process.

Working with Children Check (WWC) – will be required if you are registering for any volunteer role (Coach/Manager/Volunteer).  Register for this document via the WWC Service NSW website.

Active Kids Voucher – allows eligible players to claim $100 rebate off registration fees. Register for this document via the Active Kids Service NSW website.

Player Passport Photo – required for all ages and divisions (including grass roots and juniors).
Needs to be of a passport style image (head portrait) that can be uploaded to the online portal during registration process.

As mentioned, Registration for all players/volunteers now involves the creation of a Football Account. This process is simply based on your email address (Not FFA Number as per previous seasons) and allows the linking of family members to streamline the registration process.

Once Your Football Account is setup, you should then log into the Football Account and proceed to register with the Mt Annan Mustangs SC.
