General Club Information

*** Club Merchandise

All orders have been placed with our suppliers Legea, and this is anticipated to arrive back at the club the first week in April.

Once items are received by the club, we will organise to have the merchandise provided to each team Manager for team distribution.

*** Trial Games

The committee realise that the above merchandise update means that some teams/players will not have items for the upcoming trial games. In the interim if players have access to black socks and shorts these should be worn for the pre-season games. Playing shirts are available for collection from the club, however all teams should have already advised Gail (secretary@mtannanmustangs.com.au) of the number of shirts and sizes required.

Trial game referee payments are not included in our club registration packages, and these trial game referee fees are normally split between both teams (clubs) on game day.

However, this weekend’s trials with Liverpool Olympic, there are NO FEES DUE as they have kindly offered to cover these payments.

We hope to arrange and announce further trial matches over the coming weeks, please keep referring to the Latest News section on our clubs TeamApp for the latest Trial information.

*** Club Registration Updates

The Mustangs have very limited places remaining across the club; however we can still accept registrations in most age brackets.

If you have any questions in relation to vacancies, please email Jamie (registrations@mtannanmustangs.com.au) to confirm prior to registration.

Majority of our teams now have a nominated coach and manager; the committee thank you for your time in volunteering for these roles.

Just a quick reminder that part of these roles involves a registration process, which may include a Working with Children check from Service NSW.

If any coach or manager has not yet completed this registration, can you please contact Jamie (registrations@mtannanmustangs.com.au) if you are having any problems with the process required. We need to finalise these ASAP.

*** Training/Playing Field Access – Wandarrah Reserve

As per previous correspondence, during the month of March, we have limited access to Wandarrah Reserve.

The Mustangs are ONLY able to access this field on Wednesday and Friday evenings, no Mustangs team should be training on this field outside of these nights.

*** Training Equipment

The committee are currently working on training equipment kits for each team with the aim of having these available for collection on the weekend.

Further information will be sent out later in the week once we have this finalised. Please keep an eye on Facebook and TeamApp for these updates.

Playing Attire – many players are awaiting the delivery of socks/shorts/shirts, please wear suitable football attire in the interim.

Merchandise Update
As everyone is aware, an order was placed with season 2019 supplier Legea a few weeks back. At this stage we have not taken delivery of any stock, however have been advised that our original order is still on track to be delivered prior to the season commencing. Once merchandise is received from Legea, we will advise everyone of pickup location, dates and times.
Subsequent orders have also been placed and Legea are trying their best to have these delivered prior to March 30 also.
In the interim, players should adopt the following guidelines.
– returning players from last season, should utilise the same shirt as supplied in 2018 (if last seasons shirt has been outgrown a new shirt will need to be ordered, email your order through asap)
– new players in season 2019, the club has supplied each manager/coach with a spare shirt to use. These can be used as long as required, however should be returned to the club once no longer needed
